For global, pc client is down till they do the update and officially release the pc launcher. For jp/kr, you need the pc client and also need to use a vpn (or actually live in japan/korea) to use it.

For some reason whenever I sign into the Pc global client for grand cross, I just get stuck on the Connecting to server screen and I have no idea why so I was wondering if anyone else here has the same issue as me.
