10 Οκτ 2024 · Jury Duty served is considered excused if the employee follows the procedures outlined below: Submit the PD-19 Application for Excuse of Absence with Pay for Administrative Employees. Attach official documentation certifying dates of service. Return to work on days when an adjournment is granted.

Get information about City and State jury duty. You can also call the Commissioner of Jurors in your county to get recorded information about reporting for jury duty. The recorded message and instructions are updated daily after 5 PM.

York State law requires that each grand juror be given a copy of Article 190 to read and to use as a reference while serving as a grand juror. There is a copy of Article 190 starting at page 14 of this handbook.
