Child Care Grant Programs. In 2020, the Illinois Department of Human Services, Division of Early Childhood began administering a series of business grants to help child care providers across Illinois sustain their businesses as a result of pandemic-related impacts.
The City is extending funding for 25 early learning program providers who saw a decrease of more than 20% in funding as a result of the City’s recent RFP process.
