Hi! I'm looking for any legit websites where I can get ww2 and ww1 stuff. Medals,helmets,anything. I heard that many sites like ebay are full of scammers.
Not specifically the era you mentioned, but in case it helps anyone else, I mainly use Military Antiques Museum (mentioned earlier) or Union Drummer Boy (UnionDB.com) - the latter is wonderful for CW militaria. 45K subscribers in the Militariacollecting community.
I’d like to get a sense of quality before buying to see if they’ll be adequate for re-enacting or if I should get something of higher quality. Thanks! I've got a few bits if german kit from epic, does the job perfectly well. Doesn't fall apart after one use if that is what you're wondering.

No. Just won't happen. They supply their replicas (that I know of, at least) from Richard Underwood Militaria and FAB, both reputable, RUM even more so. FAB is definetely less accurate but cheaper, RUM is much more on point but a pit more pricey.
