9 Οκτ 2023 · The Great Forest of Debrecen, Hungary’s most beautiful forest, will be presented for the fourth time between 9 and 15 October 2023, under the title of Great Forest Week, by the Great Forest Society, the Debrecen Values Committee, Future of Debrecen, and several partners.
The Great Forest (Nagyerdő) in Debrecen has won an internet public vote organised by the Ministry of Agriculture; the Minister of Agriculture István Nagy presented the certificate.

Detailed program of the Great Forest Week: October 4th (Monday): Forester forest school day for registered groups at 9 am and 11 am acorn Picking, – Spun basket and a bag for collected natural materials. (Also for families). Acorns collected during the Great Forest Week will be sown in the autumn in the forest renovations of the Great Forest.
