Implement a prescribed-fire operation in accordance with the burn plan, given a prescribed-fire burn plan, a project, and required permits and approvals, so that objectives are addressed, risk is mitigated, and safety is maintained.
A Burn Permit is required for all open burning (issued to adults only). Burning shall be prohibited on days of high winds (excess of 20 miles per hour). It is unlawful to burn garbage, animal matter, tires, or any material which may produce an obnoxious odor, soot, or smoke.
