I have a 2014 Prius C, 130K miles and the hybrid battery needs to be replaced. Does it make much of a difference if I buy a refurbished battery from a company like Green Bean, or buy a new one for about $600 more?
8 Ιαν 2005 · I had a green bean battery installed in March 2021 in my 2010 Gen 3 Prius III. I am very happy with the installation and lifetime warranty. They came out the day after I contacted Green Bean battery. The battery stays fully charged with few exceptions. The cost was $1649.

7 Μαΐ 2018 · I guess reality has set in that they can no longer afford to offer a lifetime warranty on their batteries at current pricing. Am I saddened, yes because that just means it would cost more to buy one with a lifetime warranty...
