I went to Spa World with a friend using a Groupon. The Groupon covered: uniform, access to the poultice rooms, access to the Bade pool and saunas for $31.50. Regular admission with those amenities on their website is $40.00.
While some rules have changed to cater to Westerners, the spa still provides a peaceful escape. Be prepared for a wait for food, but enjoy the juice bar and on-site dining. With a Groupon, it's a worthwhile investment.
Spa World was once a very respected, very authentic restorative Korean Spa. Complete with poultice rooms saunas, treatments, bade pools with options for massages and exfoliation. Nothing, absolutely nothing, beats a Korean massage and body scrub.
