I'm in CA and have been credentialed with Grow for several months and not 1 referral. A colleague recommended Grow for Kaiser referrals as she has received many Kaiser referrals. The Grow profile builder, navigating their platform and calendar restrictions are not user friendly.

I am a therapist and I say do not work for Grow. Patients go to another company.. I had nine patients complain about billing that they were charged hundreds of dollars for sessions that they never had and didn’t schedule.
I want to give some of my experience to anyone who is potentially considering Grow Therapy as their platform. They have been great with referrals, and with paying on time. Two positives. Referrals are very unvetted and that can be frustrating, as "consultations" are not yet available in my area.
