Certified Pharmacy Technician renewal begins on August 1st. All applications must be submitted by September 30th. For more information about renewal and continuing education requirements please review the renewal guidance document here. IMPORTANT: REGISTRATION IS A LEGAL TERM SIMILAR TO LICENSURE.
In Ohio, before you can register to take the NAPLEX, you must submit the "Application For Examination As A Pharmacist" to the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy. This form is listed on the Board website (pharmacy.ohio.gov) under “Pharmacy Interns” or can be downloaded here.
You can apply for a pharmacy intern license through eLicense Ohio. You will be responsible for completing a Practical Experience Affidavit and obtaining a Statement of Preceptor, as well as any other forms required to verity your internship with the Board of Pharmacy.

15 Ιουλ 2024 · Application and Fee: Submit a complete application and the required $25 fee. Age: At least 18 years old. Education: High school diploma, GED, or foreign diploma equivalent to a U.S. high school diploma.
