23 Απρ 2015 · My fix was: Device Manager > Right click on the controller device > Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for driver software > Let me pick from a list of device drivers on my computer > Select "Microsoft Common Controller for Windows Class" and accept the warnings/click yes.

This will open a window, use it window to activate the controller by checking the box next to Xbox Configuration Support. If your controller is not working, first make sure the controller is snugly connected to the console. If you continue to experience problems, make sure you are using an official Microsoft/Sony controller. 3rd party controllers are not certified, and neither Rockstar Games nor Microsoft/Sony can offer support if they fail to function properly.
My xbox one controller no longer works when i try to use it on gta, it used to then all of a sudden it no longer works. I have tried updating my drivers, tried uninstalling and reinstalling gta, tried verifying files. Does anybody know a solution to this or has this issue themselves?

I can't put the controller down. Glad I got today off. I'm looking in device manager and I have 2 XBOX1 drivers. One that Windows downloaded in a update and one I manually downloaded from somewhere I can't remember right now.
