Fake account services phone calls are a common scam that many people fall prey to. These scammers claim to be from a legitimate company, such as Account Services Collections, Inc. , and offer to lower the interest rates on credit cards.
We all know that robocalls from "account services" are scams, however they usually show up as just a phone number. My co-worker just got a call where the caller ID specifically said; "Account Services". No number, just the text.
