If we take a quick look at the GTFO subreddit forum, even after rebooting the game multiple times and restarting Wi-Fi, nothing seems to be fixed by the players manually.
I just waited about 40-60 seconds and it seemed to refresh and have me connected. I believe the error message displays whilst it is trying to connect from the beginning. Just give it a few minutes at most
9 Δεκ 2019 · I started the game and instantly a error screen appeared, that said "Network Error - No Connection". My solution was, that I had to reset my router but you should first try to open the ports for the game.

I just fixed this by deleting the settings folder. It is located here:C:\Users\ (your windows user)\AppData\LocalLow\10 Chambers Collective. There is a folder called GTFO which I deleted. It will be recreated when you start the game.
