If you have a new password, if your email provider has asked you to change settings, or if you're having problems with sending and receiving email, you can change your email account settings through Mail in the Windows Control Panel, or from Outlook.
If you want to use POP or IMAP to access your email in Outlook.com, you'll first need to enable access. Select Settings > Mail > Forwarding and IMAP.
Set up business email in Office 365. Open Outlook. Select File then Add Account. Enter your business email address. Select Advanced options and check the box for Let me set up my account manually. Select Connect. Select POP.
