25 Μαρ 2019 · Condition Damage builds for leveling is a little trickier. Your weapons of choice would be the Scepter, accompanied by the Torch and Pistol. (The Staff does generate some Condition Damage, but it’s not at all a good damage weapon.) Look for equipment that gives Condition Damage, Power, and Vitality (e.g. Carrion).!!
26 Μαΐ 2024 · Power build for the core necromancer class. It deals decent damage, has good utility, can remove conditions from itself and boons from enemies with ease, and is easy to play. This build can be played while levelling, while working on acquiring elite specializations, or by free-to-play players.
Necromancer. Necromancer can raise the dead as well as suck the life out of the living. They expose the defenses of their enemies so they cannot withstand attacks from you or your allies. When enemies die or necromancers land certain abilities on their enemies they gain life force.

3 Σεπ 2021 · It's a pretty easy build to use ... if your target doesn't have a boon, just camp AA, if it does, open with Dagger 5, then camp AA. Not many core OW mobs have boons, so it's not that critical with the exception of any that might have Protection.
