Online filing of Form I-907 is also available to these applicants.
In addition, the premium processing provider offers a special toll-free telephone number to applicants at 1-866-315-5718. Applicants can ask questions related to the visa petition without going through the main USCIS help line.
Additional Premium Processing: $2,805 May be paid by the department or the beneficiary. For H-1 petitions, however, the Premium Processing fee must be paid by the department if payment by the employee would cause the net salary amount to drop below the prevailing wage.
