Characters in Hades are all taken from Greek mythology, although with some tweaks to fit the story. Most characters only provide conversation and possibly a Keepsake if they are given Nectar. The Olympian gods will give Zagreus Boons if he is found during an escape attempt.
Hades is the unique, man made world of Greek Mythology. Hades is linear for the a short bit, but has no set path to follow after crossing through its gate. Although it can be accessed through a portal, it can also be accessed through rare structures that spawn in the Overworld: Hades entrances.

If you put Hades' version Dionysus into the modern day context, I think he'd maybe be the God of Weed, not wine.
The six eldest Olympians were born from two Titans families; Hades, Poseidon and Zeus are the sons of Chronos, while Hestia, Demeter and Hera are the daughters of Hyperion and Theia, they rebelled against the rule of Chronos starting a war between the Gods and Titans due to Chronos' tyrannical rule.
I was considering putting as a title "divine family tree" to account for the fact that a very large portion of it arent gods at all (like Nyx or Hyperion) but something that predates them. It sounded kinda eh so I went for this title, also why I put "& other related entities"
