This game's collectibles are located only on four of the game's levels, specifically the final four levels: The Ark, The Covenant, Cortana and Halo. These terminals can be read on any difficulty, though if you're on Legendary difficulty, you will have different text than the lower difficulties.

Now moving on I'd like to post some interesting things about the IRIS terminals, as when you rotate the objects they have symbols on them that you can download images, texts and videos. They are pretty interesting and details the last years of the Forerunner Flood War and before the activation's of the halo array.
