This is walkthrough for the level NMPD HQ. It is written for play on the Legendary difficulty with notes for lower difficulties. For this flashback mission you play as Romeo accompanied by Edward Buck.
Achievements: NMPD HQ, Dome Inspector (get 15 headshot kills). Objective: Find Mickey and Dutch’s Pelican. Follow Buck up the ramp and through the security doors. Upstairs, head through the security door and with your Sniper Rifle equipped, take aim at the Brute among the Grunts to the south.
