This Contact Attachments kit features 3 sets of contact attachments for the ultimate flexibility with your dog’s Halo Collar. Short (S) and Regular (R) Contact Tips are used to effectively communicate vibration and static feedback to your dog.
Follow these steps to submit a ticket: Log into your account using the sign in link in the top right corner of the Halo Support site, or click here to sign in. At the top of the home page, to the right of “Select A Topic”, select the game or area you wish to submit a support ticket for.
