Not sure if you've found anything by yourself but Halo MCC Toolbox has been pretty great. The only issue I've had in Reach is that toggling on infinite health seems to make vehicles invulnerable as well.

1 Ιαν 2023 · given my knowledge in how some of it works I decided to just take out my xml that I got from downloading the game and just changing locked to unlocked. as far as i'm aware everything in reach is unlocked, and that's as far as I feel like looking.
