Hane is at the top of everyone's list. The quality is top-notch and the room is contemporary and sophisticated. The sushi bar seats about a dozen and there are about a dozen tables. It's not tiny, but not big. Red walls, black accents and impeccably dressed sushi chefs. The menu leans traditional. Sushi and sashimi are the stars here.
