I've spend a total of 400 trys to loot this mount. My strategy for don't lose my mind while doing this insane grind was watching one piece while the Huolon doesnt spawn. The addon called Rare Coordinator was great to track the rare spawn times, but I guess it's doesnt work on Dragonflight, cause you need other players to tracking with you.

Customizable random mount summoning, since 2011. LiteMount supports journal mounts, Soar, druid Travel Form, Ghost Wolf, Running Wild, Moonfang, Flying Broom, and other item-summoned mounts. LiteMount excludes flying mounts in areas where you can't fly.
The addon shows a list of which mounts can be farmed, including those which are drops and those that can be bought from vendors. Recommended to use a data broker bar addon such as Chocolate Bar, Bazooka, Titan Panel etc in order to display the data. Optional integration with Rarity to display attempts. Can be toggled on/off in options.
Silverdragon or Rarescanner, they will try to scan the Minimap and alert you when a rare is seen that drops a mount you don't yet have. Plus set a waypoint arrow directing you to where the rare was seen.
Use: Throw a hard shell, dismounting the target. Unusable on targets above level 94. (15 Min Cooldown) "Seems unfair." Hardened Shell is an item that can be used to dismount targets. This item drops from the pandarian champion Nessos the Oracle in Kun-Lai Summit.
With sections like "these mount you can just buy from vendors for gold and are easy to get", "these mounts are a 100 % drop chance - farm them". It would be a big bonus if there was an addon that points me to the sources of these mounts
