Below you will find some of the weld-on and bolt-on parts we offer specifically for use with 2004-2022 Harley Sportsters in a Gasbox full frame. These frames are built specifically for rubber mount Harleys, both carbureted and EFI (electronic fuel injection).
Wishbone & Straight Leg Rigid Frames . The widest selection of ?standard? width rigid frames in the industry! They can be combined with a variety of drivetrains, including Shovelhead and Evolution engines, and most transmission and final drive combinations.
Unlike other custom frames, the Gasbox full rigid frame uses stock motor mounts all around, with the engine cradled low in the frame rails just like a stock bike. This looks much cleaner and keeps the finished chopper looking lean and handling better with a lower center of gravity.
This frame allows direct bolt-in fitment for 2004-2022 Harley-Davidson Sportster engines (except Revolution Max engines), which are rubber mounted. Frame construction is thick-walled 1" diameter tubing with 1-1/2” backbone and seat post, completely TIG welded.
Our frames are made from the finest 4130 CrMo tubing and features CNC'd brackets and fittings. All TIG welded to the highest precision. We make 'em for all Harley based sickles including TwinCam A&B!
