I cut the ice cream sandwiches in half and put them in the pharmaceutical freeze dryer. When there finished the outside looks perfectly fine, but when you open it, its pretty much hollow, as if the ice cream has melted inside and its all dried out. The shelf temp is 125 and the freeze is -20f.
