Players can bring him 15 coins or four balls of wool to make a rope. Alternatively, he sells rope (for 18 coins) at his store, Ned's Handmade Rope (100% Wool).
Ask Ned to make you a wig - get the wig made from the balls of wool. If you do not already have the rope at this point, you can have Ned make you one for four balls of wool (or you can buy one from him for 15 coins).

6 Απρ 2023 · Speak with Ned and ask him to make you a wig from a rope and 3 balls of wool. Now dye the wig yellow with yellow dye you bought beforehand. Ironman can go to Aggie the witch and pay her 2 onions and 5GP in exchange for yellow dye. Speak with Aggie and ask her to make skin paste from Redberries, Ashes, Pot of flour, and a bucket of water.
Getting the wig: Go to Draynor Village, you will find a man named "Ned". Ask Ned if he can make other things out of wool. Ask if you can make a wig, and then give him the 3 balls of wool. Now you have a wig! Go to "Aggie" and ask her to make dyes for you.

He'll ask for 3 Balls of wool in return for making the wig, which you should the give him now to obtain a Wig. If you need Rope, then you can give him 4 more Balls of wool, or buy a length from him for 18gp.
