23 Νοε 2024 · Per HRS Chapter 343, the ERP is required to publish a periodic bulletin on the 8th and 23rd of each month. This periodic bulletin is called The Environmental Notice (or "TEN" or "EN" for short). ERP is required by law to publish the following items to notify the public of their availability:
