V Tower is the residence and workplace of the Vees; Vox, Valentino, and Velvette, as well as the workplace of Angel Dust. It made its debut in the Hazbin Hotel episode "Overture".
With a good chunk of Carmilla’s weapon stash being used up, a lot of Rosie’s cannibals killed in combat, and Alastor almost definitely not 100% healed from his injury, the Vees likely see this as an opportunity to pivot into more powerful roles.
But from what we've seen in the show so far, I have a counterpoint: Velvette is the leader, Vox is a figurehead. While we haven't seen much of Velvette's power, we have seen how all three of the Vee's react to conflict.
