Otherwise you could probably do several things from the White Knight store, just have a check of which disassemble to head parts. Should be a fair few of the weapons. I stock up on arrows from mob drops and shops, blackjacks, pickaxes, hatchets, and mattocks, mostly from shops.
Dissing pickaxes, battle axes, and hatchets from Bob, port sarim guy, Anachronia weapons guy, and white knight shop is at least 300 head parts per run. I also dissed necro+3 pickaxes but they are way higher now than when I last dissed them

The raw chance column is the chance per non-junk material to get Head parts when disassembling the item. The Avg. number column is the number of Head parts you should expect when disassembling the item; this represents the junk chance and the number of materials in addition to the raw chance.
Items that give a specific material need several points of information to calculate the cost for that material: The Grand Exchange price of the item - known (though be wary of inaccurate prices) The junk chance of the item - known (via Analyse) The number of materials the item gives upon disassembly - known (via Analyse)
29 Μαΐ 2017 · Here is a list of the items you should disassemble to get components you want! COMMON Base Components – Runite Bolts / Rune Swords / Kiteshields / Broad Bolts. Bladed Components – Dragon Longsword / Black Knives. Clear parts – Crystal flasks/light orbs.
