Dissing pickaxes, battle axes, and hatchets from Bob, port sarim guy, Anachronia weapons guy, and white knight shop is at least 300 head parts per run. I also dissed necro+3 pickaxes but they are way higher now than when I last dissed them

Otherwise you could probably do several things from the White Knight store, just have a check of which disassemble to head parts. Should be a fair few of the weapons. I stock up on arrows from mob drops and shops, blackjacks, pickaxes, hatchets, and mattocks, mostly from shops.
So here is a compilation of some of the better items for each component etc.. not necessarily the most practical ones but the ones that have seemed to give best rates etc... For most basic part(common) almost any armour or weapon works that I've found but yeah I digress.

A popular source for obtaining head parts is through disassembling maces; typically adamant, rune, or white maces (the latter of which can be bought from Sir Vyvin in the White Knights' Castle). Disassembling rubber blackjacks from Dodgy Dereck's store in the thieving guild is another cheap but slow source.
