Heaven vs. Hell involves the player commanding an army from Heaven, with the objective of defeating the army from Hell. The game was created by God in search for the next " Keanu Reeves ", who is able to command the armies of Heaven in an actual battle against Hell.
In Heaven, Kenny learns that God created the PSP to search for the person who can command his legions against the forces of Hell in a manner like that of the video game. They need someone skilled enough to defeat an army of 10 billion damned souls with only 10 thousand troops.
