Unfortunately, there are already some Reddit-tier speculations in this thread, which is unfortunate to the players. V-Tune was on loan, and his loan expired. He was already removed from the team a few days ago, but I suppose they hadn't chosen their official replacement until now. DM is being poached by another team.
It's a natural assumption that both orgs and players switch things up after TI, it's the start of the new Dota year, and most contracts last up until the next TI (when VP extended their roster past TI recently, that was considered an exception).
