1 Δεκ 2021 · Particularly hexagons like for benzene or chair cyclohexanes when you get to chair conformations. There are two options: 1) Benznote – available online from Amazon. It’s a spiral bound notebook that has hexagon grid paper. Or, 2) an option that I’ve developed, called ChemPaper.
HEXANOTE - Hexagonal Graph Paper Notebook: Hexagonal Graph Notebook for Organic Chemistry Structures, with 140 Numbered Pages Allows You to Refer to Structures: Author: Graph Paper:...
Hexagonal Graph paper for organic chemistry. I'm almost certain we see this monthly. This was great until I moved onto 7 membered rings. I decided that my technique of janky circle would just have to do. I think it took me like a week of o chem to get to the point I could draw hexagons consistently.
This hexagonal graph paper notebook is ideal for chemistry notes, practice, and test prep. Printed on high-quality paper with legible yet non-intrusive lines, each 1/4" hexagon offers enough room for note-taking, drawing carbon chains, and more.
Hexagons offer simple math movement more directions. The center from one hexagon to any of the adjacent six will be the same. On a square grid, the center of a square is only the same to four squares, with the corner squares being further away.
Download this hexagonal graph paper in printable PDF format which is a favorite of biochemistry students who use it to write organic reactions more easily.
