26 Σεπ 2023 · Meals on Wheels costs can vary depending on the program and the individual’s ability to pay. The cost to produce and deliver meals averages $6.00 – $7.00 per meal. Most programs ask low-income seniors to contribute what they can, with a suggested donation or voluntary contribution of $3.00 per meal being common.
We offer more than 50 items on our menu that seniors can choose from—which is more than many restaurants—including meals to help them manage health issues, including high blood pressure, heart disease, and diabetes. We don’t just deliver food, though. We deliver compassion and hope to seniors.

All Brea residents are invited to have lunch at the Brea Senior Center. Lunch is provided by Meals on Wheels Orange County, Monday through Thursday, and served promptly at noon. Monthly menus are posted at the Senior Center, in the senior publication What’s Doin’ and online.
