  2. Using abstracted grades and other data from the National Longitudinal Survey of Adolescent Health, we investigate the relationships between cumulative high school grade point average (GPA), educational attainment, and labor market earnings among a sample of young adults (ages 24—34).

  3. Students in one high school were classified as participants in extracurricular activities or non-participants. The groups were surveyed about perceptions of school; student grade point averages were obtained. Four independent samples t-tests were conducted to compare differences in school perception and differences in grade point averages.
