File your weekly certifications (or weekly claim for benefits) online through MyNCUIBenefits. To file online: Sign in to your MyNCUIBenefits account. Go to the Action Required box and click on File Weekly Certification. If you don’t have access to a computer, you can contact our Customer Call Center at 888-737-0259.

You must submit a Weekly Certification after each week for which you would like to receive benefits. The Weekly Certification is a series of questions that helps verify that you were able, available and looking for work that week. File your weekly certification
2 Μαρ 2020 · Starting March 20, 2020, all Weekly Certifications for unemployment benefits must be submitted online at des.nc.gov. The Division of Employment Security will no longer accept Weekly Certifications through the IVR phone system. Please visit des.nc.gov to complete your Weekly Certifications.
3 Απρ 2020 · Log in to your Online Account to complete your weekly certification. If you do not have online access, call 888-372-3453 (Weekly Certifications only). TIP: N.C. Executive Order 118 allows some requirements to be waived for people filing for unemployment due to COVID-19.
