Since Hilti cannot provide engineering design services, we suggest that you consider consulting an engineer to evaluate anchor capacity. Many design engineers will consider using Hilti’s HIT-RE 500 V3 or HIT-HY 200 (-A/-R) adhesive anchor to post-install new anchor bolts.
Hilti offers “cut-to-length” (CTL) service for custom-made anchor rods. Select from 8 material types, diameters up to 2-1/2” and anchor rod lengths up to 48”. Just let us know what you need and we’ll have your custom solution anchor rods delivered to you within 10 working days, plus transit.
