Casa de Segunda is a traditional bahay na bato (stone house) built circa 1880 in Lipa, Batangas, Philippines. The bahay na bato was considered the home of the Filipino elite during the late 19th century. It reflected the fusion of indigenous and colonial architecture.

The Acosta ancestral house in Batangas City is one of only three structures built in the 19th century that is still standing in this city. Since 1883, it has been a mute witness to the passage of time. Today, the house pulsates with the hustle and bustle of modern life.

At the time (November), the streets of the town center were filled with several caravan makeshift stores selling everything from toys to clothes.
