Poor customer service. Poor customer service, charge for delivery even though on their website states free delivery for orders over £50. I also wish I had read these reviews before using them. Date of experience: 05 September 2024. Useful.
Looked online and found this site. URL checked out and it was secure so I didn’t do much digging. I’ve ordered jerseys off like Ali Express and DHGate and never had a problem. And this site looks way more legit.
Awful customer service. What an absolute awful customer service, I wish I had looked and seen this awful rating before I ordered anything from these terrible people.
Customer Service - Some people have complained about their CS in the past, but I think their CS is really good. They have always been super responsive, and even paid for return shipping (to fix an error on customization), and then covered the shipping back to me.
