Customer Service - Some people have complained about their CS in the past, but I think their CS is really good. They have always been super responsive, and even paid for return shipping (to fix an error on customization), and then covered the shipping back to me.
Appalling customer service - no refund after 2 months! Avoid this retailer at all costs - despite attractive prices, their customer service is not only difficult to reach, but it also gives no attention to your issues. I ordered a hockey bag which ended up not meeting my needs.
