Customer Service - Some people have complained about their CS in the past, but I think their CS is really good. They have always been super responsive, and even paid for return shipping (to fix an error on customization), and then covered the shipping back to me.
Disappointing customer service. No shipping details were received 1.5 weeks after ordering a pair of shoes. After following up with HockeyDirect, the shoes were sent but to the wrong address, and I ended up having to make my way to the FedEx distribution centre to collect the package.

Domains for legitimate sellers will usually be registered under a business name and the street address should be that of an actual business or warehouse. Residential or false addresses, phone numbers from different states/countries and domains registered to a personal name should all raise alarms.
