If you have an home product and bought Microsoft 365 or Office at a retail store or online store, but don't have a Microsoft account, it's possible you haven't redeemed your product key yet (if you got one), or you missed the step for linking your recent purchase with an account. Do the following to link an account with Microsoft 365 or Office.
Step 1. Download the offline installer from your account portal. To download the offline installer, go to www.office.com. If you're not already signed in with the Microsoft account associated with your copy of Microsoft 365 or Microsoft 365 do that now.

20 Ιουν 2023 · You can use a professional Microsoft account to log in to Windows Home, but you can’t right from the get-go in the OOBE. You need a local account first. You can bypass the Microsoft account requirement if you have physical access to the new machine.
24 Ιαν 2024 · To install the Microsoft 365 (Office) apps on Windows 11 (or 10), open the “Microsoft 365 Family” or “Personal” page in the Microsoft Store and click the “Install” button. You can also download the installer from the “Services & subscriptions” page in your Microsoft account.
