9 Μαρ 2022 · I did a password reset about two days ago and I cannot sign in to my 365 account afterwards. Anytime I try to sign in, I get stuck at a code being sent to my authenticator app which I no longer have access to (unfortunately).
6 Δεκ 2017 · You cannot reset your password at this time because your administrator has not configured password reset for your organization. There is no further action you can take to resolve this situation. Please contact your admin and ask them to configure password reset.
4 Ιουλ 2024 · If you reset the password by yourself, to fix this issue, you may kindly try to contact the admin to check your account or directly reset it for you via Microsoft Entra admin center and check if it makes any difference.
