Most people have watched the 8 part MMM build video on YouTube and the plans don't have much more information. All the 'hard to find' parts are listed on McMaster Carr website (just do a search with your sizes). No specifics on larger engines, etc.

Most everyone I've talked to using a stock motor with my size boat and those I've talked to running Four Rivers Refuge Runners are getting about the same with a 6.5X4 prop.
