30 Μαρ 2020 · I run a homemade straight shaft mud motor and lost 600 rpms when my prop man triple cupped my wheel. My motor is 25 hp tho. I don't have a cav plate or skeg so it's a beast to drive but will go just about anywhere.
11 Μαρ 2017 · Built my own surface drive mud motor last year. Bought some plans off eBay for a 6.5hp build and then beefed everything up to handle a 13hp. Cut all my own parts with a 4.5 inch cut of wheel which added a ton of time to the build.
