11 Δεκ 2006 · There are 3 places to adjust the clutch:prof: , on the right side of the case. There is a adjuster and a locknut. Loosen the locknut, turn it clockwise until snug, then turn it counter clockwise until resistance is felt, then turn 1/8-1/4 turn more, and lock the locknut.

With a large screwdriver, turn the adjuster clockwise, maintaining a slight pressure on the clutch lever. As you turn the adjuster, you'll feel the clutch lever being pulled back out. 8 Μαρ 2020 · I shut it off and backed out the adjustment on the clutch lever. it then went into neutral fine and shifted into first easy and smooth. I went around the block just to try it and it wouldn't find neutral again.

Loosen the knurled Jam Nut using a pliers, and then rotate the adjuster to end up with about 5 mm of free play, as measured at the gap between the lever and lever perch...
