9 Οκτ 2009 · If there are stored fault codes, the FI light will flash. The fuel injection system warning light uses long ( 1.3 second ) and short ( .5 second ) flashes to give out the fault code. A long flash is used to indicate the first digit of a double digit fault code ( i.e. 10 or above ).
All owners of the Honda CBR 600 F4i will sooner or later have to deal with such a problem as the flashing of the FI (MIL) light. These short and not much longer blinks are the same error codes. Each blink carries a certain number, which in turn will tell you about your malfunction.
23 Φεβ 2007 · Hello everyone, new to the forum, here. My question is about the FI flash codes. The bike was flashing 3 long, followed by 5 short today. It's an '06, 1000. I searched to see if anyone had the manual for the '06 1000s but came up with nothing.
19 Δεκ 2010 · The blink codes should come out in ascending order. You may be miscounting. Try clearing the DTC by shorting brown and green wires together in the SCS connector under the seat (dummy connector). With wires shorted and engine stop switch "on", turn ignition switch to "on" position.
