This versatile coastal park is tucked in the dunes three miles south of the city of Florence and two miles from the ocean. Known simply as "Honeyman," the park includes the second largest Oregon state park campground and two sparkling freshwater lakes. Spring brings out the pink rhododendrons.
OHV dune access in the park available Oct. 1 - April 30 only. Only campers registered to H Loop or Yurt 316 may use park dune access. All other campers must access the dunes outside the park. Day staging is prohibited. All ATVs being operated must belong to a registered H Loop camper.
Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park is mid-way along the Oregon coast, 3 miles south of Florence. A 2-mile-long swath of sand dunes separates the park from the Pacific Ocean. Two lakes within the park provide plenty of recreation opportunities.
Situated half way up the Oregon coast and three miles south of Florence on scenic Highway 101 is the second largest overnight camp in the state. There are two miles of sand dunes between the park and the ocean. Two natural freshwater lakes are within the park.
13 Ιαν 2022 · The campground is situated between sand dunes and the ocean. There are 416 campsites include 47 full-hookup sites, 121 electric/water sites, 187 tent sites and 10 yurts (five are pet-friendly). In addition, the campground has restrooms with flush toilets, drinking water, and showers.

The campground at Honeyman is open to campers all year long. There are 47 full-hookup sites and 121 sites with electricity and water hookups. Additional amenities include flush toilets, hot showers, and firewood for sale. Several of the yurts and camping areas are pet-friendly.
