Brighton Recovery Center for Women is a 100-bed facility located in Boone County that utilizes the recovery dynamics curriculum and is a peer-driven model of recovery, a program that helps women recover from chronic substance abuse and addiction, and move toward a life of sobriety and productivity.
The RSC program accommodates state inmates, parolees, & probationers and is designed to help them integrate back into society after their incarceration. Inmates that qualify for this program have obtained their community custody qualification and are near their parole eligibility date.

Recovery Kentucky was created to help Kentuckians recover from substance abuse, which often leads to chronic homelessness. There are 13 Recovery Kentucky centers across the Commonwealth. They are in Bowling Green, Campbellsville, Erlanger, Florence, Grayson, Harlan, Henderson, Hopkinsville, Owensboro, Paducah, Richmond, Somerset, and Knott County.
The Brighton Recovery Center for Women is a part of the Recovery Kentucky network and is one of ten centers in the state that were instituted to help end chronic homelessness and combat substance abuse.
