21 Αυγ 2024 · I've been ordering from Horizon Hobby since day one, always loved the customer service, fast shipping. Probably spent tens of thousands of dollars over the years. My last 4 orders that I've placed this calendar year have been messed up. Either missing items, or they shipped the incorrect item.
First time ordering from Horizon Hobbies and I will never make that mistake again. That’s sad to hear. I had a similar issue except everything I ordered was in stock. They shipped one item immediately, and the others didn’t. I reached out to support multiple times with no response.
11 Σεπ 2008 · From the industry insiders I've known, HH and Hobbico are no friends of the LHS. Think about it...the LHS is buying product from their competition! It would not surprise me to find out they are trying to kill off the LHS once and for all. Yes they do want a monopoly.

Horizon Hobby has made my RC experience so much better. Their customer service has been exceptional, both when I use the chat feature and when I've called in with questions. I recently called with an issue with my plane and they were able to resolve it quickly.
